All demos in The Guide has it's own review, information about authors, size, requirements, etc., and rating. How come there are no links to other sites? If you want links there are 1000 of other sites you can choose from, if you want demo information you don't want to leave this site! |

Having recently acquired a digital camera, I have been plowing my way through the minefield of digital camera connectivity with non PC/Mac systems, the Amiga in this case. There are quite a few ways to do it, some cheap, some expensive. Most cameras can be made to work one way or another. I'm not going to add any non-Amiga specific camera info on this page. GREAT PAGE!!! |

The Golden (or Great, Growing, Glossy, Galvanic ;-) Amiga Games Encyclopedia originally started in AmigaGuide form with the goal to list all Amiga Games that were compatible with AGA and 68020+ Amigas. But, because so much games didn't work on upgraded machines, I (Dr.Zarkov) started testing them with all kind of degrading tools and added this information to the guide. After some time I showed the Guide to a friend who offered to create a website for it. Since that time the GAGE has grown enormously; instead of just sticking to the compatibility information I have added publisher information, cheats, docs, walktroughs and screenshots to all games… |

Made on Amiga is currently closed. Don't worry though we will be back. A couple of months ago we started to have problems with the ISP that hosts the database, We have now signed up with a new ISP and rather than just migrate everything over to the new servers like we are doing with the other GonMad sites, we have decided to give MoA a bit of special treatment. |

DESCRIPTION OF THE SITE'S PURPOSE. PROBLEMS:A lot of commercial software houses have left the Amiga society and less 'state of the art' programs are released. Inspired and skilled programmers have become rare 'cause a lot moved over to other systems. Public Domain authors tend to have a strange habit of 're'-programming the same software tools over and over again. CONCLUSION:Make sure that every programming effort provides a final product that is useful, original, easy to use and up to date. SOLUTION: An online database that collects ideas, comments and wishes of the users. The contents can be freely consulted as long as every programmer reports what idea he's working on and how the development progresses. |

Those of you who are Amiga owners - so fortunate and so few - can find most anything you need by following one or another of the linx on this here page. When you find whatever you're looking for, you can download it (of course while that's going on you can shove the screen in the background and do Cool Stuff in multitasking peace). By the way, let's all congratulate MicroSoft for Windows95. Finally, they managed to make PCs do at least SOME of the stuff that Amigas and Macs were doing 10 years ago - and with only 1000% of the RAM, and HD space. Great marketing job, Bill! |

RJ Mical, and the Rise and Fall of Amiga Computer Inc. It was hard for me not to go completely over the top for the Commodore Amiga when I became aware of it in 1985. Here was a machine incredible graphics, stunning sound, amazing games, and a general sense that the thing could do most anything. I wasn't the only one; Amigas are still in use to this day for professional graphics work and video editing. But at the time, it just changed everything.
