  Adventureland
  Author: Adventureland   Verified: 2022-01-08
This site tries to list all adventure games (interactive fiction) produced over the years. When I say "adventure", I mean text adventures and their graphical decendants, but I don't include RPGs. For a more detailed description of what's included here and not, see the FAQ. Adventureland is located at http://www.if-legends.org/~adventure/. Besides there is a mirror maintained by Hans Persson. if-legends.org is a non-commercial project devoted to adventure games. If you have comments on the layout or find bugs in it, please let me know about it. If you are interested in getting mail each time these pages are updated, you can subscribe here.

  Aleph One/SDL
  Author: Christian Bauer   Verified: 0000-00-00
Aleph One is an Open Source 3D first-person shooter game, based on the game Marathon 2 by Bungie Software. It supports, but doesn't require, OpenGL for rendering. Aleph One was originally a MacOS-only game, but I'm working on a cross-platform version based on the Simple DirectMedia Layer (SDL) library, that should eventually run on all systems supported by SDL (Linux, BeOS, Windows, MacOS, Solaris, IRIX, *BSD, and others).

Specialists in software and website design. Creators of DWaRFx, Ultimate Gloom, Zombie Massacre and others. Just for the record, Alpha Software are still Alive, and kicking! :-).. A lot of you have been emailing Alpha Software asking about the status of 'The Dead Walk' and our attempt to gain the rights to port 'Resident Evil'. Well, at this moment in time The Dead Walk has not been cancelled, it is still progressing. However it must be said that all programmers and graphic artists now have full time jobs, not in the Amiga industry. That's why its taking an age to produce.

  Amiga Games Database
Author: Angus Manwaring and Dennis Smith   Verified: 0000-00-00
Welcome to the Amiga Games Database. It's purpose is to provide Amiga games players with an informed but subjective opinion on a wide range of games. A vast amount of Amiga titles have been written, some of them more than a decade ago. We've all come across some awful software in our time, but for many of us, there's a surprising quantity of undiscovered classic Amiga games out there. The AGDB is here to help you identify them. Almost 900 reviews!!!

  Brutal Homicide 2
  Author: rocten   Verified: 0000-00-00
Rocten Interactive was formed during the development of the game Brutal Homicide 2 - The future forces, for the Amiga computer. The game was never really finished, but a fairly complete beta was released to the public in summer 1998. Since the Amiga was getting smaller and smaller as a platform, and fewer and fewer of the Rocten members actually owned an Amiga, we decided to move over to the huge PC-platform.
